We are looking for an Associate People Operations Specialist to join our team and play a vital role in delivering People Operations services.
You will be responsible for providing key support in areas such as Onboarding, Benefits, and HR Administration, depending on the needs of the organization. This role requires sharp attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
The role follows a hybrid model, with three days per week based in the Gdansk office.
Responsibilities
- Provide support for key People Operations functions, including Onboarding, Benefits, or HR Administration, based on business needs
- Respond to and resolve employee inquiries using a ticketing system, ensuring timely and accurate communication
- Update and manage employee information across HR and payroll systems, ensuring compliance and accuracy
- Verify that HR documentation and processes meet organizational policies and legal requirements
- Assist in creating reports and summaries to address operational and compliance requirements
- Collaborate with the People Team to streamline processes, enhance employee satisfaction, and support broader initiatives
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing tasks
- Proficiency in English at a B2 level or higher
- Fluency in Polish
- Proactive and collaborative approach to teamwork
- Experience working in a multicultural environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Basic skills in analysis and problem-solving
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new workflows and processes
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information responsibly
