The Role
A leading investment management firm, We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Generalist to join our dynamic team in Warsaw, Poland. In this pivotal role, you will ensure the smooth delivery of HR operations while promoting a people-first culture that emphasizes engagement, inclusion, and integrity.
Summary of the role and key responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, promotions, and internal transfers.
- Ensure compliance with Polish labour laws and internal policies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HRIS data and records.
- Collaborate with global and local teams to deliver consistent HR practices.
- Partner with payroll and benefits teams to ensure timely and accurate processing.
- Support employee relations matters and act as a trusted advisor to staff.
- Assist in the implementation of global and regional HR initiatives, ensuring local alignment.
- Promote and support a culture of engagement, inclusion, and well-being.
Key skills required:
- Proven experience in a generalist HR role within a fast-paced, global environment.
- Strong knowledge of Polish labour law and HR compliance.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; fluent in Polish and English.
- High attention to detail with strong organisational and administrative capabilities.
- Comfortable working across different time zones and collaborating with international teams.
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and confidentiality.
