We’re launching a transformative partnership with a US-based client in the data quality and enrichment space. The client is undergoing a bold modernization initiative –transitioning from a fragmented legacy ecosystem to a fully cloud-native, scalable platform built on AWS.

We’re now looking for a highly experienced Scrum Master / Project Manager who can help establish and scale Agile processes in this transforming environment. This is a hybrid role combining Agile team facilitation with project and operational oversight. You will lead Agile ceremonies, enforce delivery frameworks, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure consistent execution. A core responsibility will be to assess, optimize, and institutionalize operational processes that support scalable, predictable delivery in a distributed environment.

Key Responsibilities

Agile Delivery Leadership

• Facilitate all core Scrum ceremonies (planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, reviews) across multiple product teams, ensuring rhythm and structure in delivery.

• Promote adherence to Agile principles while supporting continuous improvement tailored to a distributed, evolving environment.

• Monitor team velocity, identify blockers, and proactively manage delivery health and cadence.

• Partner with engineering leads to uphold quality standards and maintain a sustainable delivery pace.

Project & Operational Oversight

• Own end-to-end project planning, scope definition, risk management, and timeline control across multiple product streams (Email Hygiene, Data Appends, Programmatic).

• Drive the adoption and standardization of core SDLC workflows, aligning engineering and product teams around shared delivery practices.

• Improve cross-team coordination and visibility by implementing structured reporting, delivery dashboards, and operational metrics.

• Lead structured process improvements, identifying inefficiencies in tooling, workflows, and communication loops.

Cross-Functional Alignment & Stakeholder Engagement

• Coordinate delivery timelines and dependencies across product, marketing, and sales teams to ensure readiness for go-to-market initiatives.

• Maintain clear and consistent communication with internal and client-side stakeholders, translating technical progress into actionable business updates.

• Support backlog grooming and prioritization in collaboration with Product Managers, ensuring alignment between strategic goals and execution.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in hybrid roles encompassing Scrum Mastery, Project Management, and Agile delivery leadership within technology-driven environments.

• Demonstrated success in enhancing operational workflows, optimizing delivery pipelines, and driving measurable improvements in team performance and project outcomes.

• Deep expertise in Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and comprehensive understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) frameworks.

• Proven ability to collaborate effectively across geographically dispersed teams, fostering alignment, transparency, and continuous improvement in distributed software development settings.

• Advanced proficiency in project management and delivery tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello, Asana), with a strong focus on leveraging technology to streamline execution and reporting.

• Exceptional organizational acumen and communication capabilities, adept at stakeholder engagement, conflict resolution, and cross-functional coordination.

• Fluent in English and Russian at a professional working proficiency (C1 or higher), enabling seamless communication in global business contexts.

• Possession of industry-recognized certifications such as Professional Scrum Master (PSM) and/or Project Management Professional (PMP) is highly advantageous.

• Familiarity with Marketing and Sales Operations processes and tools is considered a valuable asset, contributing to cross-domain project success.
