Are you a Project Manager who grew up in the world of marketing agencies — juggling campaigns, clients, creatives, and chaos — but now want to own global-scale impact?

LeadBank (part of Home Alliance Group) is looking for a strategic, results-driven Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives across affiliate, performance, and pay-per-call marketing.

You’ll bridge execution and strategy — driving systems, partnerships, and innovation that transform LeadBank from a niche platform into a global performance marketing marketplace.

What You’ll Do

• Affiliate & Partner Growth
• Build and scale a network of top-tier affiliates and publishers
• Negotiate smart, performance-based deals and grow profitable relationships
• Leverage your agency mindset to optimize campaigns and outcomes
• Project & Platform Development
• Lead initiatives expanding LeadBank into pay-per-lead, SaaS, and new verticals (Insurance, Finance, Real Estate, Travel, Rehab)
• Collaborate directly with leadership on 0→1 launches and growth experiments
• Drive platform improvements that enhance user success and retention
• Performance & Compliance
• Oversee campaign setup, tracking, and optimization (Ringba or similar)
• Monitor key metrics: ROI, call quality, and conversion rates
• Ensure top-tier compliance (FTC, CCPA, industry best practices)
• Strategic Leadership
• Act as a right hand to leadership — ensuring flawless execution and clear communication
• Mentor and align cross-functional teams to deliver results fast
• Bring the structure, pace, and accountability of a top-tier marketing agency

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5+ years in project management within digital marketing, affiliate, or performance agencies
• Proven track record in delivering results and scaling partnerships
• Strong operational mindset — you bring order, process, and clarity to chaos
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-moving, fully remote global team

Nice to Have

• Experience in facility management, HVAC, pest control, or cleaning services, affiliate industry experience and the ability to think strategically
• Familiarity with affiliate or partnership program models
• Experience running multi-channel outbound campaign
