Mobile Business Analyst

Job Description:

• Understanding as-is process, analyzing/designing business requirements and documenting the required solution,
• Ensuring clear communication between business stakeholders and IT technical teams. Support strategic decisions to stakeholders,
• Supporting bussiness teams on UAT,
• Working closely with internal and external stakeholders such as business, analysis, design and test teams at different locations,
• Also working closely with the Development Team to support the continuous review and improvement of software development processes to maximize the quality of products,
• Guiding the team through business process analysis, to support implementation of improved, efficient solutions,
• Assisting in designing solutions to business requirements,
• Providing innovative ideas and solutions in a dynamic environment,
• Collaborating with team members to troubleshoot and resolve bugs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master Degree in Computer/Electrical-Electronics/Mathematics Engineering or similar level of education,
• At least 5 years of experience in business analysis or related fields,
• Must have experience in working on large scale projects as well as handling day-to-day operational requests from the business,
• Ability to improve personel capabilities and skills under changing technology environments,
• Familiar with SDLC and Agile project methodologies,
• Effective presentation, reporting and documentation skills,
• Must have strong analytical thinking ability and communication skills,
• Strong leadership and planning skills,
• Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment,
• High energy, strong work ethics, quick learner, critical thinker, problem solver and team player,
• Working knowledge of SQL, XML/REST/SOAP, BPM/UML/ Workflow (flowcharts) and Workflow Management Tools such as JIRA, or equivalent is a plus,
• Digital experience, in OPERA Teleura or Omni-Channel is a plus,
• Good command of written and spoken English.
