Project Manager – Global Technology Projects

About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager with strong technical acumen and exceptional coordination skills to join a global technology team.

In this role, you’ll act as the bridge between teams in Singapore, the US, and Hong Kong, ensuring seamless project delivery, transparent communication, and structured execution across time zones.

This is an opportunity to lead complex initiatives at scale, working with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to deliver high-impact outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and objectives are met.
• Serve as the primary liaison between cross-functional teams across Singapore, the US, and Hong Kong.
• Plan, track, and report project progress using Jira, ensuring complete visibility across stakeholders.
• Coordinate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and cross-team dependencies.
• Facilitate status meetings, risk assessments, and milestone reviews.
• Translate business requirements into actionable project plans and technical deliverables.
• Champion best practices in agile delivery, communication, and documentation.

What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience (5+ years) as a Project Manager or Technical Project Manager within a tech or product environment.
• Hands-on expertise with Jira — setup, reporting, dashboards, and workflows (a true Jira “guru”).
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, agile methodologies, and cross-functional delivery.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage distributed teams across multiple time zones.
• Strong organizational skills with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.

Nice to Have

• Experience in product management or technical product ownership.
• Familiarity with tools such as Confluence, Trello, or Asana.
• Background working in AI, SaaS, or cloud-based product environments.
• PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certification.
