QUALIFICATIONS
- University degree preferably in Mechanical Engineering,
- Minimum 3 years experience of general after sales process of Construction / Earth Moving Equipment such as technical support, warranty management, service,Excellent command of written and spoken English ( German would be an asset )
- Proficiency in MS Office applications SAP,
- No restriction in travelling,
- Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills,
- Teamwork oriented,
- Completed military obligation for male candidates,
- Able to live in İstanbul European Side.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Providing technical support for customers, dealers, sales and service team and group companies for all Construction / Earth Moving Equipment,
- Supporting to technical trainings process,
- Supporting retrofit actions,
- Supporting trouble shooting process,
- Reporting field feedbacks,
- Warrantly management - answer warrantly claims that comes from customers and dealers; follow up claim procedures between suppliers,
- Entering datas of all technical information by using SAP system,
- Supporting customers, dealers, sales and service team about new products,
