About the Role

Join Exerizon as a Senior Data Analyst and play a pivotal role in one of our most ambitious data transformation programs.

We’re partnering with a leading insurance provider to migrate their enterprise Data Warehouse to the cloud over the next two years — a large-scale modernization effort that will reshape how the organization manages and uses data.

We’re looking for a senior professional who’s not afraid to roll up their sleeves, dive deep into complex data ecosystems, and connect the dots between business needs and technical solutions. If you thrive in dynamic environments where precision and curiosity meet impact, we want you on our team.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the analysis of existing data models, ETL processes, and reporting structures in the legacy Data Warehouse.
• Develop and maintain detailed data mappings between source and target systems.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand reporting and analytics requirements.
• Work closely with engineers and architects to ensure data integrity throughout the migration process.
• Perform data profiling, validation, and quality checks to support a seamless transition.
• Produce high-quality documentation including data dictionaries, lineage diagrams, and transformation logic.
• Support the design of scalable, cloud-native data models and reporting structures aligned with business needs.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role in enterprise-scale data environments.
• Strong expertise in data mapping, modeling, and analysis.
• Solid understanding of Data Warehousing concepts and ETL/ELT processes.
• Advanced SQL skills and hands-on experience with BI/reporting tools.
• Familiarity with insurance or financial services data is highly advantageous.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills, with a knack for translating technical findings into clear insights.
• Based in or able to travel occasionally to Warsaw, Poland, for workshops and stakeholder sessions.
