Job Purpose:
Lead payroll, compensation, and workforce costing processes while delivering actionable HR analytics and dashboards. Ensure accurate payroll, incentives, and commissions, support compliance, and provide insights for strategic HR decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing, settlements, pensions, and compliance with UAE labor law.
- Lead workforce planning, budgeting, and payroll costing; reconcile discrepancies and align with Finance.
- Administer compensation, incentives, and sales commissions in line with policies.
- Participate in market benchmarking, surveys, and compensation analytics to optimize costs.
- Maintain HRIS data integrity; deliver workforce analytics, dashboards, and management reports using Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Support payroll audits, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous process improvements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to generate insights for evidence-based HR decisions.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s in HR, Finance, Business Analytics, or related field; Master’s preferred.
- 6+ years in payroll, compensation, HR analytics, and workforce planning.
- Proficiency in Oracle Payroll/HRMS, Excel, Power BI/Tableau; SQL/VBA/Python a plus.
- Strong numerical, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of UAE labor laws, payroll regulations, and statutory compliance.
