We're looking for a talented Full Stack Software Developer to join one of our teams in Tønsberg. The team is responsible for both developing and maintaining the ByggSøk application – a modern, cloud-based solution that simplifies and streamlines the entire building permit process for professionals in the construction industry, from planning to submission and communication with municipalities. We deliver about 50% of all digital building permit applications submitted to local authorities in Norway.

The team is continuously improving collaboration, automation and integrations between professionals, municipalities and national services – helping shape the future of digital building permit solutions in Norway. The team runs on Scrum and uses Jira, Confluence and Azure DevOps.

While we're a Nordic-based software company, we work closely with our dedicated colleagues in Poland and India, creating a truly international work environment.

Your primary workplace will be in Tønsberg, where you'll collaborate with your immediate team, though we offer flexibility for remote work when appropriate. We place high value on collaboration, and you'll be working alongside talented professionals at all levels, both locally and globally.

What we expect from you:

• 8+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong full stack development expertise with .NET.
• Proficiency in Angular and TypeScript.
• Solid experience with MSSQL Server and Entity Framework.
• Knowledge of KendoUI would be an advantage.
• Familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD practices.
• Excellent Norwegian and English communication skills, both written and verbal.
