Now Hiring: Digital Product Manager (Egypt, Jordan, Iraq, GCC)


Nafith Logistics is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Product Manager to lead the strategy, marketing, sales and expansion of our web platform across the Middle East. This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned professional to drive digital transformation and manage a product that is at the core of our regional growth.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as the "CEO of the product," executing the digital product roadmap to align with business objectives across Egypt, Jordan, Iraq, and the GCC.
  • Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for new features and services, coordinating with local digital launch partners and marketing agencies.
  • Lead customer acquisition and onboarding initiatives, designing and optimizing user journeys to drive product adoption and customer retention.
  • Manage and lead cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and technical teams, in a multi-country and remote environment.
  • Utilize a data-driven approach, using analytics to monitor product performance, identify trends, and inform strategic decisions.


Who We're Looking For

  • Proven Experience: A minimum of 10 years’ experience in a marketing or sales role, of which 5 years in digital product promotion and/or launch, with a track record of leading a digital or web platform launch throughout its lifecycle. Experience in digital platforms for last mile or similar services is desirable. and we acknowledge that a strong background includes learning from both successes and failures in product launches.
  • Regional Market Expertise: Demonstrated experience in launching and managing digital products within parts of the target markets of Egypt, Jordan, Iraq, and the GCC. A deep understanding of the local business cultures and logistics landscape is essential.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: A minimum of 5 years of experience in customer acquisition and onboarding, with a strong focus on creating seamless and effective user journeys.
  • Fluent in English: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are a must.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Proven ability to lead and motivate remote teams and effectively manage and connect with them across multiple countries using various digital platforms on the go.
  • Logistics Background: Experience in the logistics, supply chain, or transportation industry is highly preferred.
  • Problem-Solver: The ability to identify challenges and devise creative, effective solutions under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or a product management certification is a plus.
  • Residency: any resident from the MENA region can apply.
