A fast-growing mobility platform is hiring a Product Manager to lead its consumer product strategy and execution. Own the full lifecycle, drive user-led innovation and deliver high-impact solutions in a dynamic environment whilst working across cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the roadmap for consumer-facing products aligned with long-term business goals.
• Use data insights to refine strategy, set success metrics, and drive execution.
• Translate market trends and customer needs into actionable, high-impact product strategies.
• Lead key initiatives to enhance user experience and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Establish and monitor OKRs and KPIs to track product performance and user satisfaction
• Run experiments and A/B tests to validate ideas and inform the roadmap.
• Ensure timely, high-quality feature delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

• 4+ years in product management within consumer-focused startups.
• Successfully launched and scaled high-growth B2C products.
• Skilled in defining and optimizing KPIs tied to business goals.
• Proficient with SQL, Metabase, Amplitude, and A/B testing tools.
