Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Creative Designer based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Creative Designer will be responsible for developing and executing creative design concepts, producing graphic designs, creating branding materials, and designing web content.

Responsibilities:

• Contributed to a high luxury boutique redesign by developing mood boards, selecting FF&E, and creating detailed 3D renderings in SketchUp / Adobe photoshop Work with the technical team to ensure design intent is accurately interpreted in the produced packages.
• Creativity, strong skills, and the ability to work independently are essential qualities
• Assisted senior designers, from initial concept to completion, resulting in a client satisfaction rate.
• Presented design concepts to clients using 3D rendering software, helping to improve design visualization Developed and presented a unique design concept for high end retails/ F&B
• Problem-Solving: Adaptability, critical thinking, addressing design challenges.
• Produced comprehensive construction documents, including floor plans and elevations using AutoCAD
• Creativity and Innovation: Conceptual design, color theory, trend forecasting.
• knowledge in the latest materials sourcing techniques.
• Participate in selection of FF&E color palettes & material presentations (unless specified by the Client)
• Design Software: AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign) Provide design support for completion and execution of design projects.
• Support the contractors to ensure the final design is executed in compliance with the approved design.
• Visualization: 3D Modeling and Rendering, Virtual Reality (VR) Presentations
• Support and facilitate all phases of project execution.
• Establish and maintain effective relationships with relevant internal and external management, including subcontractors, suppliers, etc.
• Project Documentation: Space Planning, Construction Drawings, FF&E Specification, Material and Finish Selection

Qualifications & Competencies:

• Bachelor’s degree in interior Designing
• Technical knowledge and ability to read technical drawings, understanding of technical details
• Relative experience in architectural design roles
