As AI/ML Specialist, you’ll design, build, and deploy machine learning models and AI-driven components that power intelligent, data-informed decision-making across a large-scale digital platform.

The Role

You’ll lead end-to-end AI/ML development, from problem scoping and data preparation to model deployment and continuous optimization. Working closely with data, engineering, and product teams, you’ll transform complex datasets into production-grade models that improve efficiency and user experience.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Identify and prioritize AI opportunities that streamline operations and automate workflows.

• Build and train ML models for prediction, classification, and recommendation use cases.

• Develop NLP solutions for chatbots, document analysis, and smart data extraction.

• Apply computer vision for document scanning, verification, and anomaly detection.

• Deploy and monitor models using MLOps best practices (versioning, retraining, metrics).

• Collaborate with data engineers to build feature pipelines and serving APIs.

• Integrate AI models with web, mobile, and enterprise systems.

• Ensure ethical, secure, and compliant use of AI across all components.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• 4+ years of hands-on AI/ML development experience.

• Strong proficiency in Python and frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.

• Experience with NLP tools (spaCy, Hugging Face, NLTK) and computer vision libraries (OpenCV, YOLO).

• Familiarity with cloud AI services (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, or GCP Vertex AI).

• Deep understanding of model evaluation, validation, and optimization.

• Experience deploying production-ready models via APIs or MLOps platforms (MLflow, Kubeflow).

• Knowledge of data privacy, fairness, and explainable AI principles is an advantage.
