We are seeking a User Operations Specialist professional to join our Operations Department. This role plays a key part in ensuring seamless platform functionality and exceptional user engagement. You will work closely with the trading, risk, and technology teams to enhance operational performance and overall user experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Execute the team's operational plans and initiatives efficiently and on schedule.
- Analyse and track operational data to identify insights and optimise future strategies.
- Conduct competitor research and provide analytical reports to guide decision-making.
- Contribute to the design and execution of overall platform operation strategies.
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- 1–3 years of experience in user operations, campaign operations, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and a high sense of accountability.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to develop and implement strategies based on insights.
- Prior experience working at a crypto exchange is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of data and user behaviour.
- Self-motivated and solution-oriented, with a proactive drive to enhance systems.
- Excellent team player with a collaborative mindset across trading, risk, and tech functions.
