Senior Product Manager – AI (Cloud Platform)

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager - AI (Cloud Platform) to own the roadmap and delivery of a developer-centric AI platform. You’ll work at the intersection of AI infrastructure, developer experience, and cloud systems — translating complex ML and infra requirements into products that deliver low latency, high reliability, and predictable costs at scale.

You’ll partner closely with engineering and data teams to define, build, and optimize the platform powering next-generation AI workloads — from RAG pipelines to LLM serving.

What We’re Looking For

Required Skills

• 6–10 years of product management (or equivalent founder/solutions/PMM) experience in developer platforms, ML/AI infra, or cloud.
• Hands-on fluency with:
• LLMs: tokenization, quantization (FP16/BF16/INT8), prompts vs. tools/agents.
• RAG pipelines: embeddings, chunking, vector DBs, reranking.
• Inference serving: batching, concurrency, KV cache, streaming.
• Cloud-native infra: Kubernetes, Docker, autoscaling, CI/CD.
• Networking/IAM: VPC, SSO/OIDC, secrets, access controls.
• Strong data literacy — SQL, funnel & cohort metrics, latency distributions (p50/p95/p99).
• Proven track record shipping high-reliability products with clear SLOs and playbooks.
• Exceptional technical communication — PRDs, APIs, runbooks, release docs.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with GPU scheduling (multi-GPU, MIG, NCCL) or high-throughput inference.
• Familiarity with observability stacks (Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, Grafana).
• Prior work in regulated or enterprise settings (FSI, telco, public sector).
• Comfortable reading code (Python/TypeScript/Go) and running local repros.
