- Maintain and ensure proper functioning of surveillance systems, keeping them fully operational and actively monitored.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to promptly address and resolve system issues.
- Supervise control room operations, ensuring all technical equipment is properly maintained and functional.
- Conduct daily inspections of surveillance devices to confirm correct operation and accurate data recording.
- Verify that cameras are properly connected and recognized within the respective software applications.
- Detect and fix any problems with surveillance equipment and systems.
- Apply necessary updates and adjustments to systems as needed.
- Install and manage surveillance software applications.
- Continuously monitor and maintain surveillance services and applications.
- Perform routine maintenance following the predefined maintenance schedule.
- Provide training and create documentation to support users in proper system operation.
- Proactively assess the reliability and performance of surveillance services.
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure secure system connectivity and data protection.
- Install and verify functioning of client surveillance software.
- Prepare systems for emergency responses and ensure quick recovery from malfunctions.
- Handle repair requests for surveillance systems and offer after-hours support when necessary.
- Native or fluent English speaker (B2 level or higher), excellent written and spoken communication.
- Educational background in Electrical, Instrumentation, Control Systems Engineering, or related fields.
- Deep knowledge of surveillance systems and their software solutions.
- Proven experience with complete installation and configuration of surveillance setups.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and maintaining surveillance equipment.
- Familiarity with Windows Server and Linux operating systems.
- Experience with video management software (VMS) or equivalent preferred.
- Understanding of various storage solutions (e.g., SAN, NAS, DAS) is beneficial.
- Basic network administration experience, including user and backup management.
- Knowledge of server and storage hardware brands (e.g., HP, Dell, EMC) is advantageous.
- Strong grasp of networking protocols, especially TCP/IP.
