BlackStone eIT is excited to announce an opening for a Business Analyst. In this role, you will be tasked with analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvements, and acting as a key liaison between stakeholders and technical teams. Your insights will drive key decisions and help shape the direction of our projects.

- Conduct thorough business analysis to capture stakeholder requirements and translate them into actionable project plans
- Create detailed documentation of business processes, models, and specifications
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and gain consensus among stakeholders
- Collaborate with IT and development teams to ensure solutions align with business goals
- Identify areas for process improvement and make recommendations for enhancements
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure successful implementation of new systems
- Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in documentation and project management tools
- Understanding of Agile methodologies
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Experience in working collaboratively in team settings
