Social Media Specialist

Role Overview:

As a Social Media Specialist at Meta Earth, you will drive the company’s digital presence across global platforms, shaping how our modular Web3 ecosystem connects with diverse audiences. You’ll craft compelling narratives, manage campaigns, and build communities that reflect Meta Earth’s vision of digital sovereignty, equality, and sustainability.

• Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute cross-platform social media strategies (X, Telegram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram) to increase engagement and brand visibility.
• Plan and publish daily content aligned with Meta Earth’s campaigns, events, and partnerships.
• Collaborate with the content and design teams to ensure creative consistency and brand alignment.
• Monitor analytics, track KPIs, and optimize performance based on data-driven insights.
• Engage and grow the community through interactive content, AMAs, and influencer collaborations.
• Support campaign execution around key initiatives — including product launches, ecosystem updates, and Web3 events.
• Stay up-to-date with Web3 trends, platform updates, and community behavior to drive innovation in social strategy.

• Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience managing brand or project social media, preferably in Web3, fintech, or tech startups.
• Proven track record in growing social channels and delivering measurable engagement results.
• Excellent writing and communication skills in English; ability to localize tone for different markets is a plus.
• Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Twitter Analytics, Google Analytics, or similar).
• Creative mindset with strong collaboration skills and an eye for design and storytelling.
• Good understanding of blockchain, crypto, or decentralized technologies preferred.
