General Manager

We are an innovative SaaS platform at the forefront of mobile application services, cybersecurity, compliance and risk management, and digital monetisation solutions. As we prepare for our public listing on the London Stock Exchange (LSE) in early 2026, we are seeking a competent General Manager to lead and scale our operations across global markets.

The General Manager will be responsible for the overall performance and strategic direction of the company, ensuring operational excellence and driving scalable growth. You will oversee cross-functional teams, collaborate with stakeholders, support investor readiness for our public listing, and provide seamless execution of business goals across all verticals.

• Drive the execution of the company’s strategic plan in alignment with long-term goals, especially in preparation for IPO
• Work closely with the CEO to define business priorities and investment focus areas.
• Lead strategy, operations, and cross-functional execution across product, tech, compliance, and GTM teams
• Own sales targets and drive new revenue streams across direct, channel, and strategic partnerships
• Build and execute a high-impact business development and partnership strategy
• Ensure IPO readiness and financial performance in collaboration with executive leadership
• Lead day-to-day business operations across product, sales, customer success, marketing, compliance, and engineering.
• Implement systems, metrics, and KPIs to measure performance, productivity, and growth.
• Support capital markets activity, investor relations, and due diligence processes.
• Partner with product and technology teams to refine and scale SaaS offerings.
• Stay abreast of emerging tech in mobile security, blockchain/crypto, advertising, and regulatory tech.
• Build and lead high-performing teams with a focus on innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Foster a culture of transparency, collaboration, and customer obsession.

• Proven experience in senior leadership, ideally in SaaS, fintech, cybersecurity or publishing
• Strong background in sales leadership, partnerships, and new business development
• Familiarity with LSE or IPO-readiness is a strong plus
• Deep understanding of mobile, monetisation, and compliance ecosystems
• High operational and financial acumen; experience owning P&L
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or a related field; MBA or similar advanced degree preferred.
