Project Manager
As a Project Manager at Philips, you will be responsible for overseeing the End-to-End (E2E) management of projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, stakeholder management, and adherence to quality, cost, and timeline parameters.

Your role:

• Objective Management: Develop and gain agreements on project business objectives. Balance schedule, cost, quality, and requirements in alignment with project guidelines. Establish and manage project organization setup.

You're the right fit if:

• You have 8 years+ of relevant working experience, including minimum 5 years of PM experience in successfully setting up and managing business transformation projects/programs.
• You can effectively prioritize and orchestrate multi-functional project teams to execute upon a plan in a pressurized environment and work proactively to ensure project milestones are met.
• You have solid process and data analytical skills
• You poses good influencing and relationship building skills, at all levels of organization, including change management practice proved in projects managed.
  
  

How We Work Together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.

Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
