For our client we are seeking a Senior Project Manager who will be responsible for driving profitable and sustainable growth aligned with the regional strategy.


Initial contract in for 12-18 months with a possibility of extension.


Requirements:

  • Oversees teams working towards organizational goals – providing guidance, coaching, and direction as needed.
  • Encourages a diverse environment where all employees can reach their full potential to meet company objectives.
  • May manage the activities and budget of various divisions, product groups, projects, or operations.
  • Ensures adherence to company policies and regulations (e.g., federal/country and regulatory standards).
  • Bachelor's degree plus 4-6 years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Project Management experience on strategic business initiatives (e.g. Organization, Process, Systems etc.).Must be eligible to work in Europe.
  • Strong understanding of Change Management practices with excellent interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence. Proven ability to coach, mentor and lead others in project and program management arena.
  • Experience with communication and influencing at the management level across a cross-functional and global organization.
  • Having experience in a commercial setting is highly preferred.
  • Having experience with sales teams and processes in a Med/Pharma or similar large multinational company is very beneficial. In addition, familiarity with Revenue Management Systems and Processes in such environments would be highly relevant.


Responsibilities:

  • Oversees project design, planning, and execution: outlines scope, timelines, roles, and resources. Leads teams including local and functional reps, ensuring infrastructure including program guidelines, processes, training programs, organizational structure and new roles are developed and communicated. Provides updates to senior management and stakeholders via reports and meetings.
  • Partners with key stakeholders to develop long-term change management strategies collaboratively. Develops KPIs to measure project effectiveness and promotes internal and external collaboration, leveraging contacts across various industries globally.
  • Delivers project recommendations related to technology and product globalization, updating stakeholders regularly. Resolves conflicts swiftly and involves functional management when needed. May manage multiple projects simultaneously and fosters a continuous improvement work environment, ensuring employee training is documented.
