Description and Requirements
Job Overview:
We are seeking a Product Manager with experience in AI/ML to lead the development of smart, user-friendly features. You will work with data scientists and engineers to define product goals, manage the roadmap, and ensure AI solutions are impactful, ethical, and aligned with business needs.
Product Manager:
- Collaborate with data science teams to define training data, model goals, and evaluation metrics
- Own the roadmap, execution, and market adoption for one or more AI products, building a long-term AI strategy and future vision that aligns with evolving product and business goals.
- Identify AI/ML opportunities that align with product strategy, translating AI capabilities into user-friendly product features
- Prioritize features based on business impact, feasibility, and technical constraints
- Conduct user testing and customer interviews to uncover pain points, gather feedback, and validate solutions
- Ensure that very AI experience released to the market is accurate, safe, and aligned with company values, including the ethical use of data
- 5+ years of progressive product management experience
- Prior experience managing AI/ML-enabled products, with a proven track record of developing compelling, effective AI product strategy translating to an executable product roadmap
- Experience working closely with data scientists and ML engineers
- Familiarity with tools like Python and ML frameworks a plus
- Experience balancing tradeoffs across UI/UX, data availability, AI capability, and technical complexity
- Comfort operating with ambiguity, autonomy, and responsibility
