We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Business Intelligence Report Analyst to join our growing Analytics and Business Insight team. Reporting Relationship: Manager of Analytics and BI Reporting
Schedule Requirements: Must be available to work Monday to Friday. Occasional weekend work may be required.
Location: Wilson Site / hybrid work from home

Position Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand analytical requirements, business goals and metrics
- Partner with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts to understand business needs and translate them into data requirements.
- Translate user requirements into visual, analytical and dashboard solutions
- Work with Business Intelligence Developers and other IT staff on dataset creation and optimization
- Develop and maintain complex data models, reports, visualizations, and dashboards using BI tools (e.g., MicroStrategy, Power BI, Tableau).
- Create and maintain data models, datasets, and central dashboards
- Conduct training sessions of new and existing dashboards to key stakeholders and users such as Managers, Directors and VP’s
- Undergrad degree in Computer Science, Health Information Management or Business Management
- Certification or proven experience in Power BI, MicroStrategy or Tableau
- 3 years of experience with programming languages and tools such as [SQL, Python, R, SAS] and simple analytics tools such as [Excel]
- Experience using data visualization tools such as [Power BI, Tableau, MicroStrategy] to create compelling visualizations and reports
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Commitment to continuous learning and willingness to stay updated on emerging industry trends, business processes, technologies, and methodologies in the data field
- Strong organizational, communication and collaboration skills
- Excellent attendance and discipline free record required
