About Us

We are an emerging startup building an AI-powered video creation platform that runs

across Telegram and the web, enabling users and clients to generate customised AI

videos effortlessly.

Using advanced tools like LoRA, text-to-video, and image-to-video models —

orchestrated through ComfyUI or equivalent pipelines — we’re creating a platform where

creativity meets automation.

We’re looking for a Full-Stack AI Video Platform Developer who can build the entire

system end-to-end, from backend AI workflows to frontend user experience — both on

Telegram and on a web platform.

Key Responsibilities

1. System Architecture & Workflow Integration

• Design and implement the complete AI video workflow, integrating LoRA, text-to-

video, and image-to-video pipelines using ComfyUI, or other custom AI backends.

• Ensure smooth model orchestration, GPU job scheduling, and scalability for video

generation.

• Integrate AI models into a flexible backend that supports user-specific

configurations, custom LoRA uploads, and prompt-driven video outputs.

2. Backend Development

• Build a robust backend (Python / Node.js) for managing video generation requests,

AI model orchestration and media output delivery.

• Create RESTful APIs or GraphQL endpoints for both the web frontend and

Telegram bot.

• Handle database architecture (PostgreSQL, Redis or equivalent) for user

accounts, LoRA metadata, generation history, and video assets.

• Manage GPU servers or cloud instances (AWS / RunPod / Hyperbolic labs/ Others

equivalent) for AI workloads.

3. Frontend Development (Web Application)

• Develop a modern, responsive web platform that allows users to:

o Create video generation tasks using text or images

o Upload and manage custom LoRA models

o Monitor video generation progress

o Preview and download generated videos

• Build the frontend using frameworks like React, Next.js, or Vue.js, with a focus on

usability and performance.

• Implement authentication systems, dashboards, and intuitive user workflows.

• Collaborate on the UI/UX design to ensure a seamless creative experience.

4. Telegram Bot Development

• Develop a Telegram bot interface that mirrors the web platform’s functionality for

users who prefer chat interaction.

• Implement workflows for users to input prompts, upload images or LoRAs, and

receive generated videos directly in chat.

• Ensure Telegram and web users share the same backend and database ecosystem.

5. AI Model Management & Customisation

• Integrate, fine-tune, and manage LoRA and diffusion-based models to support

custom video generation.

• Ensure reproducibility, quality control, and versioning of all models used.

• Continuously explore and integrate new AI video generation models and

technologies.

6. Infrastructure, DevOps & Maintenance

• Manage deployment and scaling using Docker & CI/CD pipelines.

• Implement robust logging, error handling, and monitoring systems.

• Ensure secure storage of user data, videos, and LoRA files.

• Maintain uptime, optimise performance, and manage storage efficiency.

Qualifications

Core Technical Skills

• Backend: Python (FastAPI, Flask, or Django) or Node.js (Express/NestJS).

• Frontend: React, Next.js, or Vue.js.

• AI Integration: Experience with ComfyUI, Stable Diffusion, LoRA, and AI video

generation pipelines.

• Infrastructure: Proficiency in Docker, Linux server management, and cloud GPU

deployment.

• Database: PostgreSQL or Redis.

• APIs: Building and consuming RESTful or GraphQL APIs.

• Bot Development: Strong experience with Telegram Bot API.

• File Handling: Experience managing large media files, using FFmpeg, cloud

storage (S3, etc.).

• Personal: AI model content may include NSFW outputs; comfort with handling

such datasets/tools is required

Bonus Skills

• Experience with ComfyUI custom nodes or integrating model workflows

programmatically.

• UI design familiarity with TailwindCSS, Material UI, or ShadCN UI.

• DevOps skills — setting up CI/CD pipelines, AWS, and monitoring tools.

• Knowledge of AI model optimization, LoRA training, or fine-tuning.

• Prior experience in a startup environment or building AI/ML SaaS platforms.

Special Requirements

• Must demonstrate portfolio or examples of previous work in AI video generation,

custom ComfyUI pipelines, or AI web applications.

• Experience working with GPU-based model inference in production.

• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills across the AI → backend → frontend

stack.

• Open to long-term collaboration and evolving with the product roadmap.

Probation Period (3 Months)

• The role includes a three (3) month probation period commencing from the

employment start date.

• During probation, performance, culture fit, and delivery velocity will be reviewed.

On satisfactory completion, employment will be confirmed in writing.

• The Company may extend probation once (for up to an additional three months) if

more time is needed to assess fit and performance.

• Notice period during probation: either party may terminate employment by giving

7 calendar days’ written notice or salary in lieu of notice, unless a different

minimum is required by applicable law.

• Upon confirmation, the standard notice period stated in the employment

agreement will apply.

• All other terms (compensation, benefits eligibility, confidentiality, IP assignment,

and code of conduct) apply during probation unless expressly stated otherwise in

the employment agreement.
