The impact you’ll make
Reporting to the HR Director, the incumbent will be a pivotal operational role within the Human Resource Business Partner team. This position is responsible for executing key HR programs and processes that enhance the employee experience, foster engagement, and support the strategic objectives of the HRBP function. He/She will act as a primary point of contact for general HR inquiries, ensuring efficient and seamless HR operations with a dedicated focus on Learning & Development, Inclusion & Diversity, and employee engagement.
What You’ll Do
Learning & Development & Inclusion Champion
- Partner with the L&D and related global functions, local employees resource groups / teams to coordinate and promote local and corporate learning programs.
- Maintain and communicate the regional learning calendar.
- Provide logistical and administrative support including ERGs, on all required support and event coordination and communications.
- Manage the end-to-end coordination of new hire induction and quarterly orientation programs.
- Facilitate new hire assimilation processes to ensure a smooth and engaging integration into the company culture.
- Partner with HRSS and TA in ensuring excellent employee lifecycle experience and touch point with HRBP.
- Serve as a primary responder to general HR and ad-hoc payroll inquiries, providing timely and accurate information to employees.
- Support the HRBP team in the monthly payroll process, annual compensation review, and benefits renewal administration.
- Manage the adhoc inquiries relating to work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations for all LRSEA employees.
- Partner with the organizing leadership and organizing committee to champion the planning, coordination, and execution of company-wide engagement initiatives and events (e.g., All employees meetings, team-building activities, Annual D&D, Family Day).
- Support internal communication efforts to ensure a consistent and positive employee experience.
- Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the HRBP team, including data reporting, analysis, and process documentation.
- Assist HRBPs in implementing solutions for people-related matters and strategic projects.
- Act as a generalist overseeing all of the HR and adhoc operational tasks
- Degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Min. 3 years of experience in a hands-on HR role, preferably within a generalist or operations capacity in a MNC matrixed organizations.
- Demonstrated interest and/or experience in supporting and executing L&D agenda internally and externally, ERGs and inclusion related initiatives.
- Strong operational aptitude with a willingness to manage both strategic support tasks and tactical HR matters.
- Keen attention to detail, high level of confidentiality, accuracy, and strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially Excel for data analysis and PowerPoint for presentations).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
- A adaptable team player, capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Aspiring HR professional eager to learn and grow within the HRBP model.

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. ‘On-site Flex’ you’ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. ‘Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
