Cybersecurity Manager / Senior Manager

Our client is seeking experienced Cybersecurity Manager/ Senior Manager to strengthen its cybersecurity posture. These roles are pivotal in ensuring the company's security frameworks align with regulatory standards and internal policies. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving governance initiatives, managing risk, and enhancing security awareness across the enterprise.

Role

You will oversee a broad spectrum of governance activities including compliance monitoring, audit support, risk mitigation, and security architecture reviews. You will lead initiatives such as phishing campaigns and data loss prevention programs, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable security insights. You will also be responsible for developing training programs and driving continuous improvements in governance processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 7 years of experience in IT security governance, including 3 years in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks (e.g. PDPA, MAS TRM) and GRC tools
• Proven ability to communicate technical security concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Relevant certifications such as CGEIT, CISSP, CISA, CISM, CRISC; technical certifications are a plus
