We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee construction projects within the Tuas West region. This role is key to ensuring seamless project execution, on-time delivery, and effective coordination across stakeholders while maintaining high standards of safety, compliance, and quality.
If you are a hands-on leader with proven construction project management experience, this opportunity offers you the chance to manage impactful large-scale projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth operations and timely issue resolution.
- Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and keep stakeholders updated.
- Identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful project delivery within budget and schedule.
- Implement process improvements and best practices to drive efficiency.
- Lead, guide, and motivate project teams to foster collaboration and high performance.
Requirements
- Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related discipline.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in building construction or pharmaceutical/industrial projects.
- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills to coordinate across diverse teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficient in project management methodologies, tools, and adaptable approaches.
- Strong knowledge of construction regulations, safety protocols, and quality standards.
- Fluency in Mandarin (spoken and written) will be an advantage. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Willingness to work overtime or weekends when required by project progress.
