[Job Description]

We are seeking a Server/Network Engineer to work onsite in Singapore as part of an ongoing project.

Responsibilities may include:

★ Independently troubleshooting and resolving server and network-related issues

★ Providing support for network devices such as Cisco routers/switches, Juniper SRX firewalls, Palo Alto firewalls, and Fortinet firewalls

★ Offering Level 1 and Level 2 desktop support

★ Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network problems

◆ Minimum 3 years of experience as a server or network engineer

◆ Hands-on experience with physical setup and maintenance of server or network devices

◆ Familiarity with hardware devices such as PCs, networking equipment, and printers

◆ Strong background in customer service and end-user support
