i3 is seeking an Entry Level Web Developer with an interest in web applications, website design, and cloud architecture. In this role, you will primarily be working on a product that enables virtual training. As part of the core team, you will help develop critical capabilities for a cloud-based training distribution platform.

This position is located at our Huntsville office with the option of hybrid work.

  • Candidate will develop software in C#, with an emphasis in ASP.NET, Blazor, and some frontend design.
  • Candidate will develop software designs using best practices and object-oriented methodologies. Software will be developed using an agile-scrum development style, in conjunction with a multi-disciplinary team including creative designers and software developers.
  • The candidate will be familiar with good configuration management practices and will be responsible for proper code maintenance, merging, and configuration management.

  • CONUS Travel required Less than 10%


Required Experience

  • Have a bachelor’s degree (or advanced degree) from an accredited college (ABET preferred) in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or the hard sciences. Additional years of experience may be substituted for degree.
  • Experience (academic or professional) in an object-oriented programming language such as C#, Java, Python, or C++.
  • Have experience with Agile development methodology and associated tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
  • Have experience with source control such as Git or Subversion.
  • Security Clearance Candidate must have the ability to obtain a SECRET security clearance.
  • Be a US citizen.


Preferred Experience

  • Familiarity with Git for software source control and configuration management.
  • Experience using C# with web applications.
  • Familiarity with web frameworks like React or ASP.NET is a plus.
  • Experience with databases like Microsoft SQL Server, MongoDB, or MySQL
  • Experience designing responsive user interfaces.
