We’re looking for a Junior SaaS Developer with solid PHP and Laravel skills to help build and enhance Frogtummy’s growing platform.

You’ll work across the stack — developing features, improving existing modules, and supporting systems used by schools every day.

You’ll collaborate with a small, creative team where your ideas matter. This role offers plenty of room to learn, experiment, and grow your skills while contributing to meaningful software that impacts real schools.

• Develop and maintain PHP/Laravel applications for our SaaS platform
• Collaborate on new features that improve school operations and family experiences
• Work in the Linux command line for server management and automation
• Implement clean, accessible front-end interfaces with HTML and jQuery
• Manage and optimize data in Postgres
• Use Git (Bitbucket) for version control and collaboration
• Contribute ideas that improve performance, scalability, and stability
  

• 1–3 years of professional or project-based experience with PHP/Laravel
• Understanding of Postgres and database structure
• Working knowledge of the Linux command line
• Basic front-end skills with HTML and jQuery
• Comfortable using Git (Bitbucket)
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Eager to learn, communicate clearly, and think creatively about system design
• Located in Utah (Logan → Provo or nearby) for occasional in-person collaboration
  

• Experience with RESTful APIs, cloud services (AWS or DigitalOcean), or deployment processes
• Familiarity with UI/UX principles or accessibility
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Previous experience in SaaS or education technology a plus
