Full-timeProduct Management

Who You Are:

As an E-commerce Product Manager at Michael Kors, you’ll work with Developers, Designers, and Business teams to launch innovative digital products that solve user problems and drive the e-commerce business forward.

You are entrepreneurial, and able to focus on innovative, intuitive digital shopping experiences for our consumers. You are comfortable with ambiguity, have a strong bias for action, and can influence decision-making at all levels. You know how to build products at scale and can differentiate the signal from the noise. You have empathy for our customers and can quickly identify the problems worth solving, explaining your rationale with data (rather than assumptions). You challenge the status quo, and you’re not afraid of doing whatever needs to get done to unblock yourself and the team.

What You’ll Do:

  • Create and articulate a compelling global vision, strategy, and roadmap for elevated shopping experiences; building consensus and alignment with cross-functional stakeholders and senior leadership.
  • Lead the ideation, technical development, launch and optimization of digital experiences.
  • Integrate usability studies, research, and market analysis, into product requirements to drive impactful user and business outcomes.
  • Translate requirements and specifications for new features into user stories and associated acceptance criteria, and partner with design, engineering and analytics to follow through to execution.
  • Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products, discover optimization opportunities, hypothesize, and launch A/B tests to inform product decisions.

You’ll Need to Have:

  • BS/BA or comparable work experience
  • 5+ years of digital product development experience in ecommerce/consumer web
  • Experience making hard data-informed decisions (A/B experimentation, user testing, data analysis, competitors and market analysis, defining metrics)
  • Experience with user flows, wireframes and prototyping
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum and traditional SDLC methodologies
  • Fluency in JIRA, MS Office, and analytic tools (Adobe Analytics preferred)
  • Experience in a Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Shopify, or similar environment

We’d Love to See:

  • Experience with SEO
  • Experience with Salesforce Page Designer
