Position: Medical Economics Product Manager

Location: Hybrid in any of the following locations - Chicago, Tulsa OK, Albuquerque NM, Richardson TX, and Helena MT

Summary:

Seeking a seasoned product management professional with deep experience in healthcare economics to lead the development and governance of a medical economics cloud-based analytics platform built on Microsoft technologies and PowerBI.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead product development, including business requirements, dashboard design, and strategic roadmap creation.
• Manage user acceptance testing (UAT) for releases.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with teams in Strategy, Finance, Clinical, Actuarial, and Data Analytics.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements and ensure proper data governance.
• Oversee integration of new data sources and metrics with consistent rules and ownership.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5+ years of product management or similar experience in the health insurance industry
• Strong knowledge of healthcare cost drivers and medical economics
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Proven success in product lifecycle management

Preferred Skills

• Master’s degree (MBA, MHA, or related)
• Experience with SQL, R, PowerBI, or Tableau
• Familiarity with healthcare data standards
