Junior OTC Trader (Crypto)

Junior OTC Crypto Trader opportunity to support execution, risk management, and client flow across digital assets. You'll assist senior traders with pricing and executing trades, monitoring market conditions, managing hedging positions, and optimizing execution strategies across CEXs, LPs, and DeFi venues.

Key Requirements:

• 1–2 years in crypto or traditional finance (grad with internship welcome)
• Demonstrable interest in the Cryptocurrency space
• Strong analytical skills; Excel/Sheets proficiency
• Familiarity with trading platforms and OTC protocols
• Bachelor’s in Finance, Engineering, or related field

Bonus: Python/SQL skills, DeFi knowledge, or experience with trading automation.
