A leading health insights and medical learning organization is seeking a dynamic Project Manager to oversee qualitative research initiatives from concept to completion. Acting as the central link between clients, internal teams, and external partners, you’ll ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards. This position requires strong organizational expertise, exceptional communication skills, and a strategic mindset for managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
The selected candidate will initially be employed by one division of the company and transition to another affiliated healthcare learning organization in January 2026, with full documentation provided at the time of hire.

Responsibilities
- Manage 12–15 qualitative research projects simultaneously
- Communicate proactively with clients and cross-functional teams
- Track budgets, timelines, and participant progress
- Identify risks, resolve challenges, and ensure project compliance
- Analyze project data to provide clear, actionable insights
Requirements
- 1–5 years of project management or market research experience
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Strong client focus and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel required)
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
