Application Manager

Oracle ERP expert with strong techno-functional experience and a passion for leading enterprise applications

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage, develop, and administer enterprise business applications (Oracle E-Biz, .NET, SharePoint, BI).
• Lead functional & technical teams in system design, development, and support.
• Enhance financial & accounting application processes and controls.
• Drive system upgrades, integrations, and database management in collaboration with DBAs.
• Implement data analytics solutions to support business decision-making.
• Ensure system security, backups, and user training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Information Technology or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in application management & ERP systems (at least 7 in a leadership role).
• Strong technical background in Oracle ERP, APEX, SQL/PLSQL, BI reporting, and SDLC processes.
• Hands-on experience with deployments, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.
