Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, develop, and administer enterprise business applications (Oracle E-Biz, .NET, SharePoint, BI).
- Lead functional & technical teams in system design, development, and support.
- Enhance financial & accounting application processes and controls.
- Drive system upgrades, integrations, and database management in collaboration with DBAs.
- Implement data analytics solutions to support business decision-making.
- Ensure system security, backups, and user training.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Information Technology or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in application management & ERP systems (at least 7 in a leadership role).
- Strong technical background in Oracle ERP, APEX, SQL/PLSQL, BI reporting, and SDLC processes.
- Hands-on experience with deployments, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.
