Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Project Manager with strong business analysis capabilities to lead strategic initiatives in the financial services domain. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing end-to-end projects, aligning business needs with technical solutions, and driving cross-functional collaboration for successful delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery within financial services, ensuring timelines, budgets, and objectives are met.
- Conduct business analysis activities to gather, validate, and document business requirements.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Collaborate with IT, operations, strategy, and other internal departments to ensure alignment and feasibility of project solutions.
- Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring proactive resolution.
- Provide regular updates, reporting, and presentations to stakeholders and senior management.
- Drive continuous improvement of project management and business analysis practices.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably within financial services or banking.
- Strong understanding of financial services operations, systems, and regulatory environments.
- Proven business analysis skills including requirement gathering, stakeholder engagement, and process mapping.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is preferred.
