IF YOU ARE

  • Experienced with at least 3 years in visual design, showcasing strengths in branding, presentation design, motion graphics, and web design
  • Proficient in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Sketch
  • Possessing a solid understanding of user experience (UX) principles and accessibility guidelines
  • Skilled in design methods, creating visually appealing mood boards, and conducting design audits to ensure alignment with brand guidelines
  • Adept at conceptual thinking and storytelling, with a keen eye for details and quality assurance
  • Familiar with project management methodologies and able to work effectively in cross-functional teams


AND YOU WANT TO

  • Craft and structure compelling text to complement visuals, ensuring a complete storytelling experience
  • Develop user-centered design solutions by creating engaging visual concepts for both digital and print media
  • Design mood boards, visual designs, storyboards, and accessible interfaces to enrich user experience
  • Conduct research and perform visual design and market analysis to stay updated with modern design trends
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage medium-complexity projects, aligning design direction with brand and business goals
  • Evolve brand guidelines, create brand-styled illustrations, and extend digital asset management platforms
  • Apply animation principles and video editing skills to produce motion graphics that enhance dynamic content experiences
