We are currently looking for an experienced Game Designer to join our team and work on a long-term internal project related to the development of the platform for generating slot-games and other types of games in the future.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience designing for Real Money Gaming (RMG) or social casino or similar roles (3+ years);
• Strong understanding of game production processes and best practices;
• Deep understanding of slot mechanics (paylines, reels, RTP, volatility, hit rates, etc.), and RNG-based systems;
• Understanding of probability theory and statistics;
• A deep understanding of the gaming industry, including market trends;
• Understanding of player behavior and motivations;
• Strong documentation and presentation skills;
• Experience with wireframing and prototyping;.
• Skilled in pitching concepts and building consensus across teams;
• Highly responsible and proactive, with a strong sense of project ownership;
• Effective written and oral communication in English is a must for this role (B2 or higher).

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end design of slot games — from ideation to final balancing;
• Create and maintain Game Design Documents (GDDs), including flows, sounds, animations, BI;
• Design slot game mechanics, features, bonus rounds, reward systems and jackpots;
• Develop flowcharts, wireframes, and mockups to communicate design ideas;
• Mentor junior designers and review design output;
• Work closely with UI/UX designers to ensure a smooth user experience;
• Collaborate with mathematicians to balance RTP, volatility, and payout structures;
• Work with artists, animators, and developers to bring designs to life;
• Collaborate with QA teams to refine game mechanics and resolve issues;
• Collect feedback and work on improving game features and user experience;
• A/B test new mechanics and bonus features to validate assumptions;
• Research and analyze market trends to identify successful mechanics and trends;
• Implement innovative ideas to make the game stand out in the market.
