Online education is a dynamic field for startups and investments. The global EdTech market is already worth over $400 billion.

We, the Laba Group team, started 10 years ago and are now EdTech leaders in Eastern Europe. In 2020, we entered the European market, and are now actively working on projects in Ukraine, Poland, Romania, Hungary, and the Czech Republic.

To date, we have launched over 1,400 courses from experts at companies such as Google, Microsoft, Netflix, and Nike.

We have also created five online education brands:

  • Laba — a professional development service
  • Skvot — an online school of popular culture
  • robot_dreams — an educational platform for growth in IT
  • Vocabulaba — an English language school for professionals
  • elvtr — a platform for creative and corporate careers in the US and UK

To stay one step ahead, we need the strongest people on our team. We are looking for a Junior Project Coordinator who will help our creative team work in a structured, coordinated, and productive manner. In this role, it is important not only to track tasks, but also to build effective processes, maintain the team's rhythm, and build cooperation between all participants — from the brief to the final result.⏳

What you will be doing:

  • managing the full cycle of tasks: from request to result
  • ensuring timely delivery of creative materials: staging, control, transfer
  • update statuses, signal risks, and propose solutions
  • check that materials comply with briefs, expectations, and quality standards ✅
  • set priorities taking into account resources, goals, and context
  • initiate workflow optimizations: templates, guides, automation
  • interact with stakeholders: identify needs, manage expectations, coordinate decisions
  • ensure effective cross-functional interaction with departments
  • participate in retrospectives, take initiative in process improvements
  • administer the creative team's operational processes

Requirements

We are a good match if you:

  • have experience managing projects in creative or product teams (design, content, video, campaigns)
  • can speak and understand Czech language (min. B1 level)
  • are able to work in a dynamic environment with several priorities at once ⚖️
  • strong in time management, resource planning, and crisis thinking
  • proactive — you see weaknesses and take action instead of waiting for tasks 🚀
  • you communicate confidently with different types of stakeholders and justify your decisions
  • you have experience implementing systems, frameworks, or automation in a creative environment
