Responsibilities

We are looking for a Mid-Level Design Analyst to join one of our fast-paced Digital Squads. You'll be a key player in our product development process, with responsibilities including:

• Leading Discovery: Take ownership of the discovery phase to understand user needs and business goals.
• Analyzing Usability: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop strategies to enhance usability.
• Designing Solutions: Create prototypes and design final, user-friendly solutions.
• Building the Design System: Help build and maintain our comprehensive Design System.
  
  

Suas responsabilidades incluirão

Lead the Discovery Process: Take ownership of the discovery phase, working closely with stakeholders and users to define problems, uncover key insights, and inform the product strategy.

Conduct Research & Validate Designs: Plan and execute user research to gather valuable insights. You'll then validate design concepts and prototypes with real users through usability testing and other methods.

Analyze Data & Drive Improvements: Proactively analyze usability and business metrics to identify pain points and recommend data-driven opportunities to continuously enhance the user experience.

Build a Scalable Design System: Develop and maintain our Design System to ensure consistency, efficiency, and scalability across multiple platforms.

Requisitos mínimos

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
• Proven expertise in Figma for UI/UX design and prototyping.
• Demonstrated experience in a product design role with a strong portfolio showcasing your end-to-end design process.
• Solid understanding and practical experience with the Double Diamond design process or similar frameworks.
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to design.
• Ability to think systemically and identify opportunities for improvement within products and processes.
• Experience in contributing to or maintaining a Design System.
  
  

Habilidades e experiências desejáveis

• Intermediate English proficiency, with the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with international teams.
• Experience working in a large-scale organization, particularly within the e-commerce or retail sectors.
• Prior experience working in an Agile development environment (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
• Experience with other design and prototyping tools (e.g., Sketch, Adobe XD) is a plus.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design principles.
• Experience conducting various forms of user research (e.g., usability testing, A/B testing, user interviews).
