About Relume

We’re fast scaling startup based in Sydney with over 700K+ signups and a team of 26 high performing, talented individuals. As we grow, we need someone who can turn multiple moving parts and projects into one aligned, high-velocity machine.

Today, web designers waste time rebuilding the same layouts, duct-taping workflows across ChatGPT, Notion, Figma, and Webflow, and grinding through repetitive tasks. They want to build sites that solve real problems for their clients, not spend hours on grunt work.

Relume is changing that. We’re building an AI-powered platform that helps web designers plan, build, and publish websites 10× faster, without sacrificing craft.

In a world racing to replace creatives with AI, we believe designers deserve tools that amplify their value, not replace it.

The Role

We’re looking for a Product Manager who can turn insight into impact.

Working closely with the leadership team, you’ll help shape up Relume’s core product, our AI Site

Builder and drive it from concept to shipped results.

Your job: identify what matters most to our users, prioritise the work that moves retention and growth, and ship fast without losing craft.

You’ll partner with design, engineering, and growth to help shape the roadmap and keep the product evolving toward our mission.

What You’ll Do

  • Help in shaping up the roadmap with the leadership team and help communicate the vision, strategy, and success metrics to the team.
  • Ship fast — translate ideas into specs, align teams, and push releases from idea → live.
  • Stay close to users — run discovery, betas, and feedback loops with our Lumer community.
  • Prioritise ruthlessly — focus on what drives activation, retention, and ARPU.
  • Measure outcomes — track adoption, user retention, and feature performance.
  • Collaborate deeply with design and engineering to deliver simple, elegant solutions.
  • Run projects end-to-end, define scope, goals, milestones, and dependencies across multiple product teams.
  • Escalate smartly — flag risks early, propose solutions, and keep the team unblocked.
  • Systemise success — build repeatable playbooks for how Relume ships multi-team initiatives.
  • Drive communication and measure success of product initiatives — concise updates, async transparency, and zero-fluff reports

What You Bring

  • 4–6 years experience as a Product Manager in SaaS or creative tools.
  • Strong UX and design instincts.
  • Proven record of shipping high-impact features fast.
  • Data-driven mindset paired with empathy for user pain points.
  • Excellent communication and decision-making under ambiguity.
  • Bonus: familiarity with Webflow, Figma, or developer-design ecosystems.

You’ll Love This Role If You…

  • Want to help shape one of the most ambitious AI products in design.
  • Thrive in founder-led environments that value autonomy and velocity.
  • Care deeply about builders, not just features.
  • Love mixing intuition, data, and speed to ship impactful work.

This Role Probably Isn’t for You If:

  • You’re looking for a cruisey, well-scoped role.
  • You’re not interested in using AI tools creatively.
  • You’re more comfortable managing processes than driving outcomes.
  • You prefer following a playbook instead of building one.
  • You need rigid structure and layers of approvals.
  • You prefer corporate structure over startup chaos.
  • You avoid tough prioritisation or conflict resolution.

Why Relume

  • Fast-moving team obsessed with craft and shipping.
  • Competitive salary + equity.
  • Work from our Sydney HQ
  • No bureaucracy, just impact
  • Smart, kind, capable teammates
  • The chance to shape a product used by hundreds of thousands of people (soon to be millions)
