We’re partnering with a fast-growing, purpose-driven software company backed by a global private equity firm to find a UI/UX Designer who thrives on creating intuitive, user-focused experiences for both web and mobile. You’ll play a key role in shaping a flagship platform used across the aged care, retirement, home, and disability sectors, transforming complex workflows into elegant, engaging interfaces that make a real difference.

The Role & Responsibilities

• Design with empathy: create intuitive, accessible experiences that empower users across diverse care settings.
• Simplify complexity: translate detailed, multi-step workflows into clear, user-friendly interfaces.
• Collaborate and influence: work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver impactful experiences.
• Drive design standards: contribute to the evolution of the platform’s design system and uphold best-practice design principles.
• Champion the user: advocate for user insights and feedback throughout every iteration.

Your Experience

• 3–5 years’ experience in UI/UX or Product Design for web and mobile applications
• Strong skills in Figma and familiarity with design systems
• A portfolio showcasing thoughtful, user-centred product design
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience designing for SaaS or enterprise-level platforms (health or care sector experience a plus)
