Product Designer (Remote - Latam)

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Product Designer in Latin America.

In this role, you will craft seamless, intuitive, and engaging user experiences for a platform that supports entrepreneurs and small businesses in managing financial and regulatory workflows. You will work closely with Product and Engineering teams to transform complex processes into simple, clear, and impactful interfaces. Your work will influence the core dashboard, from bookkeeping and tax management to payment and compliance tools, helping users navigate these systems effortlessly. This role offers high autonomy, the opportunity to iterate rapidly on designs, and the chance to contribute directly to the growth and success of a fast-paced, early-stage environment. You will have the chance to own critical areas of the product while expanding and refining a cohesive design system.

Accountabilities

• Lead the design of end-to-end user experiences, from ideation through prototyping, testing, and production
• Design clean, intuitive web interfaces that simplify complex workflows for users
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to ensure seamless user flows and feature implementation
• Maintain and expand the Design System to promote consistency, efficiency, and scalability across the platform
• Participate in iterative improvements, balancing speed and quality to deliver high-impact work efficiently
• Provide design input and guidance to support key product decisions and enhancements
  
  
  

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Product Designer
• Strong UX thinking, visual design skills, and effective written communication
• Deeply user-focused with empathy and clarity in design
• Problem-solving mindset with initiative to drive projects to completion
• Proactive, self-motivated, and collaborative by nature
• Proficiency in Figma, including components, auto layout, and design systems
• Bonus: experience in startups or small, fast-moving cross-functional teams
• Bonus: understanding of front-end development to design feasible, practical interfaces
