Director of Information Technology

The Director of Technology holds a senior management role, responsible for overseeing the development and maintenance of technological infrastructure, cybersecurity measures, enterprise architecture, and value streams for system development. The role focuses on stabilizing and optimizing systems, networks, cloud operations, security frameworks, and digital and enterprise architecture to align with current and future business needs. Key responsibilities include executing detailed project implementations, ensuring agile development deliverables, and supervising prompt rollouts while meeting minimum operational key performance indicators (KPIs).

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and optimize technology development, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and enterprise architecture to ensure sustainability and scalability within available budgets and resources.
• Foster a professional, efficient, and team-oriented culture across technology functions to meet organizational goals.
• Develop and document strategies for technology, development, and architecture, ensuring sustainable planning for upgrades and growth.
• Align capital and operational budgets with corporate strategies, analyze risks for enterprise-wide initiatives, and ensure ROI.
• Monitor technology expenditures, ensuring budget adherence and timely deliverables.
• Direct infrastructure design, implementation, and maintenance to support operations and applications.
• Establish and track KPIs, SLAs, and OLAs to maintain performance standards and address underperformance proactively.
• Set objectives for team members, ensuring effective delivery of technology operations and quarterly reviews of progress.
• Implement robust information security programs to ensure data integrity and compliance with regulations.
• Lead the design, testing, and execution of disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
• Stay updated on IT trends to drive innovation and business growth.
• Oversee release and support services, ensuring proper documentation and compliance.
• Coordinate cross-departmental efforts to align technology projects with business goals and timelines.
• Manage risks by designing business controls and maintaining regulatory compliance.
