Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Elicit and document business and technical requirements from stakeholders
• Analyze and validate data consistency between data warehouse and source systems
• Develop and maintain data models for accurate reporting
• Design and build interactive reports and dashboards using Microsoft Power BI
• Write and optimize SQL scripts to support data analysis and reporting needs
• Collaborate with data warehouse development teams to ensure data integrity
• Communicate insights effectively to clients and internal teams
• Support ongoing maintenance and enhancement of BI solutions
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align data strategies
• Participate in testing and quality assurance of BI deliverables

Requirements

• Experience in data modeling for reporting with at least 2 years in a Business Analyst role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI with hands-on experience in dashboard development
• Knowledge of data warehouse development concepts and practices
• Strong SQL scripting skills for data extraction and manipulation
• Ability to gather and document detailed requirements from diverse stakeholders
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to validate and reconcile data
• Effective communication skills to liaise with clients and technical teams
• English language proficiency at B2 level or higher

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft Dataverse platform
• Background in business intelligence analyst roles
• Familiarity with Agile project methodologies
