Your Main Tasks And Responsibilities
- Assist in the coordination and tracking of project activities across departments (e.g. R&D, Regulatory, Clinical, Manufacturing) as needed supporting the project managers
- Prepare and facilitate project meeting agendas, notes, and presentations as well as follow-up on action items and project status
- Maintain and update timelines (MS Timeline Pro) and documentation
- Support the preparation of project plans, project status reports and risk assessments
- Help to ensure compliance with internal processes and regulatory requirements
- Develop a professional network within the organization and gain in-depth understanding of the company's structure and processes
- Assist in development and management of best practice sharing between project management groups at different sites
- Completed Master degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biotechnology or related scientific/technical field
- 1-2 years of experience in project coordination or support, ideally in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry
- Familiarity with drug development processes and regulatory environments is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools (MS Planner, Smartsheet or similar)
- Fluent English skills, German is a plus
- Organized and solution-oriented personality with strong communication abilities
- Team player with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
- Willingness to travel (regular assignments at other company sites)
- We, the International Business Unit (IBU), place our emphasis on areas such as corporate marketing, the development and execution of strategic initiatives, business and portfolio development efforts for Critical Care, Haematology, and Immunotherapy.
- The IBU Project Management team is responsible for the effective management of product development projects.

The minimum gross salary according to the collective agreement (chemical industry) is EUR 4,270.14 based on 38 hours per week (full-time). As we strive to offer a salary that reflects your individual profile and qualifications, there is a willingness to pay above the minimum salary.
