We are currently looking for Project Development Manager to join out team in Oslo, Norway.

As a Project Development Manager at NOV Subsea Products, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing projects related to new subsea technologies. Your goal will be to ensure that all project objectives are met within prescribed timeframes and budget constraints. You will collaborate with various departments and clients to support the sales and commercialization of new products.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop Subsea Technologies: Create and further develop new technological solutions.
• Support Sales: Collaborate on the commercialization of new products, systems, and services.
• Review Documentation: Approve project documentation and technical drawings.
• Customer Communication: Maintain effective communication with clients and stakeholders.
• Team Collaboration: Coordinate activities across different departments to solve problems.
• Quality Management: Ensure services and products meet client specifications and design methodologies.
• Risk Management: Identify, document, and manage changes and risks in projects.
• Reporting: Monitor project progress and prepare reports for stakeholders.
  
  

Key Requirements

• Education: Master’s degree in Engineering, with a focus on offshore and subsea technology.
• Experience: 5-7 years of professional experience in project development and management within offshore and subsea companies.
• Technical Background: Strong foundation in mechanical or process engineering.
• Software Proficiency: Experience with Microsoft Office
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Norwegian is a plus.
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze and apply technical information effectively.
• Time Management: Exceptional skills in prioritization and time management in a dynamic work environment.
• Team Player: Proven ability to work collaboratively, fostering a positive team environment.
