We need a technical cofounder / founding engineer to:
- Build the first usable product layer (frontend + contract + payment infra)
- Help architect the API-first fintech platform powering flexible startup pay
- Work hands-on with early PoC users — startups + operators
- Shape tech culture and product roadmap from Day 0
Stack (open for debate):
- Frontend: Next.js + Tailwind
- Backend: Node / Nest / Django
- Infra: Supabase / Postgres / Plaid / Stripe APIs
- Smart contracts / tokenization (later phase)
- 0→1 builder who thrives in ambiguity
- Product-oriented: understands founders, not just code
- Interested in ownership economics, equity infrastructure, API fintech
- Previous exposure to B2B SaaS, fintech, or developer tools a plus
- Values autonomy, velocity, and thoughtful design over process
- Cofounder-level equity (customizable to contribution & stage)
- Salary introduced post-funding
- Flexible setup — remote, async, milestone-based contributions initially
- Build with early customers + advisors before external capital
