Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) based in Tallinn, with some work from home acceptable. The CTO will oversee the technical direction and strategy of the company. Day-to-day tasks include managing software development projects, developing and implementing IT strategies, and leading product development initiatives. The CTO will also be responsible for architectural decisions and ensuring that technological resources meet the company's short and long-term goals.
Qualifications
- Experience in Software Development and Product Development
- Skills in Project Management and IT Strategy
- Proficiency in Architecture and designing IT systems
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Experience in the travel industry is a plus
